Grade A products are in near-mint condition. In this condition, the product may show typical signs of light usage, but there shouldn’t be any scratches, chips, or significant blemishes.
Grade B products are lightly used and show some signs of wear. These products have had regular daily use, but were taken care of by the previous owner. No deep blemishes but may have micro-scratches.
